  15. I am having prolems with 386BSD on a Fujitsu 2266S-512 1GB SCSI-drive
  16. with an adaptec 1542b-controller.
  17. Installing and unpacking the bin01-distribution works fine. But after 
  18. the first real shutdown and reboot the filesystem starts to 'fade away'.
  19. I get 'bad dir'-messages and panics. 
  20. After every reboot more and more directories disappear.

  22. I used the distributed kernel without any patches and another one with
  23. all patches from the patchkit, which works fine with two other computers
  24. using IDE-drives. But both kernels lead to the same errors.
