- Several people sent answers to this problem, immediatly after I figured
- out how to solve it. The is definitly a question/answer that should be
- int the FAQ.

- The answer is (don't laugh): You cannot boot with a floppy in the drive,
- even if the drive door is open. Apparently
- just having a floppy in there is enough to
- cause timing problems, and the system just
- ignores the floppies thereafter.
