  11. Here's a strange one:

  13. Every once in a while, while I'm using an active slip connection,
  14. I'll notice that the send and receive led's on my modem are flashing
  15. on and off in sync.  They'll light for about 1 second, then go out
  16. for about 1-2 seconds.  The strange thing is that the connection
  17. stays up.  I can still do things, albeit more slowly.  It doesn't
  18. seem to be related to any clients, since I can get rid of all
  19. connections off of my home node and this still happens.  It doesn't
  20. go away unless I terminate the slip connection.  Any ideas?
