- Does anyone know if the A3070 tape drive is compatable with the BRU
- program (called by the HDBackup program) in AmigaDos?
-
- Software Hut (180093AMIGA) is selling A3070 drives for $349, which
- is quite a good price...Are there any better deals on tape drives?
- Will I have to buy the special ROMs for compatibility if I buy a
- different drive, or are the ROMs just for speed (A3070 is advertised
- at 3Megs/Min).
-
- Also, is Amiga Unix still shipped on 150MB tapes? I had heard at one
- time that it was going to be shipped on 250MB tapes starting with
- release 2. My Amiga Unix was preinstalled by the dealer, and thus I
- have no idea about what tape format it was...
-
- Thanks!
