  14. We have two RISC model 320 stations both running AIX 3.2.1 and using
  15. the Bash shell.  We found that error messages do not appear when
  16. running the bash shell.  This includes compilation messages and general
  17. error messages such as 'file not found'.  We were wondering if anybody
  18. knows how to fix this under the bash shell.  We tried using ksh and 
  19. the error messages worked.  We prefer bash and would hate having to go
  20. back to ksh.  Could somebody help??
