- I don't think anyone can really say the ODM was designed to simplify
- things... it's merely a way to propogate the old proprietary ways
- into the new systems, and does not in any way actually simplify things.

- The ODM is a fact of life for those of us who run AIX boxes. That
- doesn't mean it's useful, usable, simple, or elegant....
