  14. I realize that this is probably a fairly common question, but was curious if anyone had a
  15. summary of the various hard disk drives that were available for the IBM RS/6000 (models
  16. 520, 320 and 320h) and their experiences with them.  We can get IBM drives for 50%
  17. of list, so that gives us a best deal of about $4800 for a 2.4G drive, but there are
  18. lots of other options if we do not follow the party line.

  20. Specifically, we are looking at drives that are 1G or bigger, and plug into an existing
  21. system WITH MINIMAL EFFORT.  Any information that could be provided would be greatly
  22. appreciated.  I would also be willing to summarize this to the group (assuming interest
  23. and lack of duplication with the work of others).
