  70. I was dropped into a site that had been running WP5.1 (AIX 3.1.?) for two
  71. months without being able to print.  Sort of.  All lines of a document would
  72. print on a single line at the top of the first page.  Period.  WP over the
  73. phone wasn't much help.  However, it only took a couple of hours to fix,
  74. user-by-user, by selecting valid print devices and a little bit of
  75. empirical feedback.  (They had no idea what any of the physical device
  76. names were.)  In the end, all users could print to any printer through
  77. the queue.
