  10. Hi all,  having a few problems with setting up the printer accounting.

  12. 1. Essentially, I have specified my acctfile in /etc/qconfig, made sure
  13. the file was "digested", made sure my acctfile existed and was writable,
  14. made sure accounting was on, and STILL have had none of my printed
  15. files showing up in the log.  All my users print via "lp"...none use
  16. enq...is this the problem?

  18. 2. Another oddity I have noticed is that I consistently get headers printed
  19. for remote jobs to my printer, but local ones don't have them.  I have
  20. made sure that I have a header = never line in the qconfig file, but
  21. short of physically moving the "burst" header page from /usr/lib/lpd/pio/
  22. burst I have not been able to turn it off....

  24. Any hints/ideas?  I am running AIX 3.2 on an RS6000, and my accounting
  25. system is 3.2 with PTF U404902/U405566 committed.
