  13.     A user account was created, but a quota was not entered. When I
  14. discovered this, I used edquota to create normal quota limits. But
  15. quota doesn't report the usage. Does quota count only those files created
  16. after the quoat was started?

  18.     The files are owned by the user in question. Quota is working for the
  19. other users.
  20.    Does anyone have any idea why this is happening?
