- I think this is an interesting question myself. I'm in a somewhat related
- position, in that I am the only Unix person, but my boss wants a back-up in
- case of system troubles. I've sent her to training, but in my experience,
- I took spanish for several years, never used it, shortly thereafter forgot
- it.

- I need some simple tasks to keep her knowledgable. Obviously, there is no
- simple answer, but I'd be interested in hearing some similar experiences
- that others have been through.
