  19. I think this is an interesting question myself.  I'm in a somewhat related
  20. position, in that I am the only Unix person, but my boss wants a back-up in
  21. case of system troubles.  I've sent her to training, but in my experience,
  22. I took spanish for several years, never used it, shortly thereafter forgot
  23. it.

  25. I need some simple tasks to keep her knowledgable.  Obviously, there is no
  26. simple answer, but I'd be interested in hearing some similar experiences
  27. that others have been through.
