  28. Not in my edition (Sixth Printing, 1986), where exercise 8.7 is printed only
  29. on p 49.  On the other hand, Bo Derek is not on p 293 (as my Index says)
  30. and the page heading on p 216 is different from that of the rest of the
  31. pages in Chapter 20... Only God (DEK) knows why.
