- Dear Tex Experts,
-
- I am a new user of latex and the rest of the package, particularly
- BibTex. I run these programs as part of the emTex package on my PC.
- In the old days when I was hooked on Troff and its side products,
- I used a program called `addbib' to create bibliographical data basis.
- This program was an interactive program that asked for author, journal,
- page number, etc. It then created a file with approriate field indicator
- (eg.\author{}) inserted with each category. Now my question:
-
- IS THERE AN INTERACTIVE PROGRAM (FOR PCs) THAT CREATES A BIBLIOGRAPHY FILE
- USABLE BY BIBTEX THAT I MAY GET FROM SOME FTP CITE?
-
- Some kind folks on the net have told me about programs for x-windows.
- Would you know of any thing that runs on a PC.
-
- I thank you in advance.
-
- Cyrus.
-
- P.S. please send email to me as I don't read this group often.
