  12.     Does anyone know why exercise 8.7 in the TeXBook is repeated on
  13. pages 48 and 49?

  15.     The book is not indexed too well either.   For instance there is
  16. no index entry for "margins" something that it seems would be a normal
  17. thing that document preparers would be interested in.
