- Here is a difficult question for bibstyle hackers:

- I want to suppress formating of page entries with ranges, even if
- they are given in the database. That means, an entry of the form

- page = {2345-2349},

- should be processed to 2345 in the .bbl-file.

- I looked around for bibstyles with an alternate "n.dashify"-function,
- but found none.

- Before I'm going to hack on this, I'd like to ask the net (you), if
