  28.     1) Create a footer.

  30.     2) Type in the footer "page "
  31.  
  32.     3) Create Ref Miscellaneous Blank-Page-#; if you
  33.        go into the #'s property sheet, the "type" should
  34.        be "current page."  If not, change it to that.
  35.  
  36.     4) Then type "of "
  37.  
  38.     5) Then:  Create Ref Miscellaneous Blank-Page-#;
  39.        go into the #'s property sheet and change the
  40.            "type" to total pages.
