- We have not encountered this effect here, because when we installed X11R5, we already
- had Interleaf 5.3. However, I noticed another thing:

- When you start Interleaf 5.3 under X11R5, every menu action leaves a white area on
- the desktop which is not automatically refreshed. So, you have to execute "Refresh"
- after *every* command. This is very annoying.

- I have contacted our local sales representative, but I haven't got an answer yet.
- I would recommend either to user X11R4 (works all right with Interleaf 5.2 and 5.3)
- or get the 5.3 version.
