- Could be that you don't have enough memory. There are times when
- Frame will tell you that it is running out of memory (building a
- book comes to mind), but most of the time, it doesn't.
-
- I have had Frame crash due to lack of memory of a Sun workstation
- (import a nice GIF with several files open), an NCD x term and
- Sparc station combo (do anything besides run Frame) and under
- SCO's OpenDesktop on a 386 machine.
-
- My advice: Save frequently. Force the core dump file size to 0.
- (I know this can be done, just not how.) Run perfmeter to watch
- memory usage. Upgrade your hardware. Be wary of memory intensive
- operations.
-
- good luck!

- Brighid My whole system crashes once a day! :)
