  18. language. groff itself appears to be reverse
  19. engineered from the User Manual. The manual can
  20. be ordered from AT&T/NCR (DWB Manual) or UNIX
  21. Tenth Edition, Vol. II, Saunders College Publishing.

  23. groff has made changes to the "official" definition.
  24. Since Brian Kernighan invented the language, I consider
  25. him to be the only one entitled to change it.
