  12. Lucky break;  I had my manual right by my keyboard, so I had to expend 
  13. little effort.  Hope it helps:

  17. 2       on = wrap around (i.e. off (0) is discard past EOL)

  22. 7       on = 50Hz refresh (off=60Hz)
