- We have a Tektronics 4105 terminal which is intermittently failing,
- requiring rebooting which results in the following message:
- "Self Test Error - Nonvolitile Parameters failure - Defaults Reset"
-
- Any comments?
-
- I'm presuming that the EEPROM is failing to hold its data and that the
- EEPROM is "past its best". I'm also presumimg that it does use EEPROM as
- there are no signs of battery backup. We do not have a manual at $583.65
- which is what we were quoted!
