  11. I have a TeleVideo 965 terminal that I recently took out of the attic 
  12. and gave to a friend.  I remember having a hard time getting it to 
  13. be useful when I used it several years ago, but I eventually got it 
  14. to act (mostly) like a glass tty.  Being of the generation that 
  15. grew up using real teletypes, I was willing to be content with that.

  17. The young lady I've lent the terminal to is of a different generation: 
  18. her baseline is an x-terminal.  She wants to be able to live in emacs 
  19. pretty nearly all the time when using the terminal.  Hence my questions:

  21. The environment is ULTRIX V4.2A (Rev. 47).  We haven't been able to 
  22. find a termcap for the tvi 965 in native mode at all; does anybody 
  23. out there happen to have one kicking around?

  25. Didn't think so.  ;^)    Okay, the terminal has the following emulations
  26. built in.  Which of these emulations is going to provide the richest 
  27. environment for an emacs user?  Which am I likely to be able to find 
  28. a termcap for?
