- They can still be found, though I doubt you'll find any from Radio Shack.
- You should be able to run any IBM compatible 8" floppies on your Model 2,
- you may need to get a replacement drive cable, as the original probably
- has pins pulled for disk addressing, and todays drives use a jumper
- located on the disk itself. You may also want to use the newer 3 1/2"
- drives instead of the larger 8" drives. They hold more data and will run
- without the need of any other special modifications, again, you may need
- to replace the drive cable. I would suggest calling Computer News 80
- magazine, they have an incredible staff as well as almost any part you'll
- ever need for you TRS-80.
