- Can anyone give me low level information on the differences between
- SS-2 and SS-10 boards:
-
- - MBUS bandwidth?
- - main memory speed (60ns, 70ns, 80ns, ...?)
- - cache sizes and speeds?
- - (just so I have it straight) comparison of processor speeds (MIPS,
- clock rate, SPEC marks, the more the merrier!)
-
- On a related note, what is the SBUS bandwidth? And SCSI-2? On the
- SS-10, if there is a built in SCSI-2, is it going through an SBUS
- channel internally?
-
- Particularly on the SS-10, does I/O data have to pass over the MBUS to
- get to main memory, or does the I/O sub-system have its own port onto
- memory?
-
- Thanks for any information (don't have any technical documentation
- on-site). I'll summarise and post if interest is sufficient.
