- I have actually succeeded in getting a Fast SCSI/Buffered Ethernet (FSBE)
- card, but have not succeed in getting it to work. When it is installed
- in my SparcStation 2, I get 2 errors. During the probe time, the
- message "esp1: no dma controller" appears. Later, I get:
-
- le1: panic: can't initialize chip
-
- and the system dumps core and halts. I've talked to Sun tech support;
- sending me a new board didn't work, and now they're pretty clueless.
- Any clues?
