- HELP!!!
- I have recently received a new SynergyII board and software from
- Puzzle Systems Corporations. I carefully installed the board and
- software and began to configure the system. After this install, I
- executed the program several times. Each time I found that the
- system brought up a window containing a DOS screen but the text
- was not correct. The text began writing off the screen and wrapped to
- a point where I could see the last half of the line. After several
- calls to my vendor and Puzzle Systems Corp. I was informed that this
- product does not work with the GXplus display card from SUN because
- it is a 24-bit card. My documentation however states that this card
- is an 8-bit card with is supposed to work in the synergyII world.
-
- My question is: Is there a way to configure my system, with a GXplus
- card, to make it believe that it has a GX card? I am told by
- the people I have called that the GX solution is the olnly way I can
- get the Co-Processor system to work.
-
- Any help will be appreciated.
-
- Thanks.
