  14. I just tryed running Openwin 3 without sunview:

  16.    openwin -nosunview
  17.  
  18. and received the following error messages:

  20.    can't open /dev/vd: No such device
  21.    loadmodule: /etc/openwin/modules/evqload file does not exist.
  22.    Check your OpenWindows installation.
  23.    xnews: Error: Unable to load evq module.
  24.    xnews: Error: Check your installation.

  26. Is there something special I must do in addition or does this
  27. indicate that OpenWindows was not installed correctly.  I currently
  28. obtain OpenWindows over the net from a server.  I found the file
  29. "evqload" in the directory /usr/openwin/modules.  Without any
  30. arguments, Openwin 3 runs fine.  My machine is an IPX w/ 48Meg.
