- "Moira" from MIT's Project Athena

- "Moira" from DEC's DECathena product

- We use a *much* modified (maybe 10% original remains) MIT moira,
- it does wonders for us. But... well, the polite way to say this is --
- MIT's ideas are a lot better than their code -- it does take some babysitting.
- We have the DECathena here as part of a deal to move some of our features
- into the product, but I am not working on that part. (Sorry, because of
- our deal with DEC we can not give out our additions to moira.)
