- A quick clarification on Michael's comment. XS and XS24 *without the hardware
- z-buffer* are not intended for 3D applications, since they do not support
- z-buffering. When used with the z-buffer, however, they are good 3D graphics
- machines. Elan, while having significantly better 3D performance (and price
- performance,) is also more expensive. For people looking for a machine with
- less emphasis on 3D performance, at a lower price, XS24Z is a great machine.
