  13. We use the product "Multinet" on our Vax to manage all of this and it
  14. really works well.  We can export our passwd file to keep ownership info
  15. coordinated and can manage both client and server functions in both
  16. directions.  It has made the VMS/Unix interaction almost pleasant to manage
  17. and use.  We even acces Vax printers via remote queues on the Unx machines,
  18. share backups, the whole bit.  There are some funny things that occur with
  19. filenames once in a while but nothing that imposes too big a barrier.
