  20. I see the same problem.

  22. I think something is wrong at adm.brl.mil. It seems to be reposting
  23. news articles with new Message-Id: headers, which is why you are seeing
  24. 2 copies of many messages. I don't think it has anything to do with the
  25. comp.sys.sgi re-organization, since I have seen the same problem in 
  26. other newsgroups.
