  11. I am rdumping filesystems on DYNIX/ptx 1.4 to a sun IPX exabyte and ocassionallyI get the dump hanging at the end of the backup not releasing the tape device

  18. How do the 3 or 4 processes spawned by /etc/rdump control the device ?
  19. Are they prioritised/of differing importance ?
