- Beg to differ ... the 95lx keys are better, and so good that I was able
- to type quite well during a very bumpy car ride on a really bad potholed
- road.
-
- Of course I am biased ;-)
-
- Also, I think the 95lx key layout is pretty good. Though
- I wish they had an extra key outside the unit (somewhere ... where ?)
- so I could respond to an beep alarm without having to open the lid.

- PS: The DialTone dialer is pretty limited, and quite unforgiving
- when it comes to the format it expects in the phone book entry. Bad!
- If your input is in bad format, DialTone often hangs the machine or
- goes completely crazy ... shudder !
-
- I always keep all telephone numbers in the Number: field, or in the
- first line of the Address: field as an overflow. Each number is
- tagged by a "h" "w" or "f" denoting home, work or fax. And with a
- +Country(Area)number format.
- For eg.
- +----------------------------------------+
- | Name: NoBuddy \nokeyword
- | Number: h(413)555-1212 w(413)555-1212
- | Address:
- | f(413)555-1212
- | No Address ...etc.
-
- So I know have CHAR-key macros that pick up that number edits it in
- MEMO, copies to clipboard before calling Dialtone. Highlight an PHONE
- entry, hit CHAR-F3 to dial the home number, CHAR-F4 work, and CHAR-F5
- Fax, CHAR-F2 dials which ever number happens to head the list on the
- highlighted card. Useful. Also it gives me a time delay between my
- keystroke and emitting the tones just right if I have time to pick up
- the phone and position the 95lx strategically.

- them.
