  12. My CD won't play music when I boot off my external hard disk.  It works
  13. fine when I boot off the internal drive at address 0 (the external drive
  14. is at address 1 and the CD is at address 4).  I turn off the ext. drive
  15. and boot from the internal drive (both disks have the save version of
  16. software/opsys).  What gives here? The CDPlayer app comes up with a panel
  17. saying "Couldn't open the CD-ROM drive." The external drive is physically
  18. positioned in front of the CD drive on the SCSI and I think this has
  19. something to do with it.  If I need to change the external drive to
  20. address 0 and put the CD at address 1 I can do this.  Problem is I don't
  21. know how to change the address of the NeXT internal drive (250 mb drive
  22. that shipped with my color turbo - I think it's a Maxtor).  Anyone
  23. familiar with this problem and is the solution to flop addresses?
