- Have you cleaned your corona wire? Use a Q-tip or the supplied wand
- (it comes with your toner cartridge) to clean the corona wire (the toner
- cartridge usually comes with the instructions where to find it).

- It *should* fix your problems. Otherwise, you have a dud printer
- cartridge, the electrostatic roller isn't being electrostatic. A new
- cartridge should fix *that*.
