  20.    Have you cleaned your corona wire? Use a Q-tip or the supplied wand
  21. (it comes with your toner cartridge) to clean the corona wire (the toner
  22. cartridge usually comes with the instructions where to find it).

  24.    It *should* fix your problems. Otherwise, you have a dud printer 
  25. cartridge, the electrostatic roller isn't being electrostatic. A new
  26. cartridge should fix *that*.
