- I understand that to be able to remote-play soundfiles, the current preference
- manager has to have "public sound server" enabled (see the unix submenu in the
- preference app). If nobody's logged, then it's the root preferences that
- counts: login as root on the machine you want to play and check "public sound
- server" in the preference app.
- But if someone is logged that doesn't allow public sound server, then you're
- stuck!
