  20. I also cannot get Emacs3.0 mouse support working.  Would somebody post the
  21. steps to upgrade Emacs2.1( mine never worked) to Emacs3.0 under NS3.0? The
  22. included instructions seem to not be enough.  Also, I have my <Alternate>
  23. key as my <META> key but often accidentally hit <Command>Q instead of
  24. <Alt>Q (The results are disastrous!) I don't want <ESC> as my only <META>
  25. key, but Emacs3.0 doesn't adhere to the convention of at least ASKING to 
  26. verify that I want to quit, and I don't know how to get around it.
