  25. I believe I stated that all known bugs have been fixed for the next  
  26. release, with the exception of the query object.  The introduction of the  
  27. numbers 3.1 are the author's.

  29. There is another correction to be made.  In response to questions from  
  30. attendees concerning feature additions to IXKit, I stated that NeXT would  
  31. not continue to invest resources in the IXKit after fixing the known bugs  
  32. for the next release.  When people expressed disappointment, and asked  
  33. what they could do to affect that decision, I suggested they send mail to  
  34. NeXT, making their opinions known.
