Hello there:

I've built an application under 3.0 and have created a custom document icon for
the documents which my application creates.  However, even though I've already
installed the application in ~/Apps, the Workspace still doesn't associate my
icon with my documents unless the application is docked.  Likewise, the WS
doesn't allow me to set my application as the default application for my custom
document unless the application is also docked.

Under 1.0 and 2.0, the Workspace searched all path that's specified the the
ApplicationsPaths default (owned by Workspace).  Even if this is not set, I
would have thought that the WS would at least search ~/Apps.  Is there
something different under 3.0 that I'm overlooking?
