  17. Not to my knowledge.  NeXT has stated that NeXTSTEP on black and Intel hardware
  18. will be identical and that NS 486 will be released before NS 4.0.  If one
  19. assumes that NeXT realizes that NS 486 must be really rock-solid when it hits
  20. the streets, then the "softness" of 3.0 will need to be "firmed up" before NS
  21. 486 is released.  This might suggest an interim release to some.
