  12. I can drag and drop file and folder ICONs around the Workspace panel and  
  13. they stick there for awhile, but eventually they move back into sorted  
  14. positions.  This happens even if the .places3_0.wmd files contains

  17. ManualPositions = YES;

  19. Does anyone know how to enforce Manual ICON positions?
