  19. Read the docs NextLibrary/Documentation/AppleTalk/AdminNotes and
  20. NextLibrary/Documentation/AppleTalk/UserNotes  These two files will explain how  
  21. to configure your next to access an AppleTalk network and there by print to a  
  22. LaserWriter on the network.

  24. Things you need.  NeXT on EtherNet network, LaserWriteron AppleTalk connected  
  25. to EtherNet via a Shiva FastPath or similar gateway.

  27. Once AppleTalk access is established, open NeXTApps/PrintManager, click on  
  28. Create, select Cummunications.  AppleTalk will be one of the options(if not,  
  29. you did something wwrong).  Now click Chose Printer.  You should see a list of  
  30. nodes available to you.  Setect the one that contains the LaserWriter you want  
  31. to use, and wait about 1 minute while it looks for printers, then click on the  
  32. printer you want.
