  11. I have a mac hooked to my ttya and a modem hooked to my ttyb.
  12. Both of these worked fine under NS2.1, but I just tryed the 
  13. mac-next connection for the first time since upgrading to NS3.0
  14. and found that it no longer works.  The modem connection works
  15. fine.  I've tried switching cables and switching ports, but it
  16. still doesn't work.  Now I'm suspecting that the problem is in
  17. the software.  Has anything changed with getty or the port software?

  19. Here are two lines from my /etc/ttys:

  21. ttya    "/usr/etc/getty std.19200"    vt100        on 
  22. ttyb    "/usr/etc/getty std.38400"    unknown        off secure
  23.  
  24. Does anyone have any more things for me to try?
