  12. I have a simple problem that's got me stuck:
  13. I can post to usenet as root, but not under any other account.
  14. Why? I assume its due to a permission setting, but I can't find anything.
  15. The system is running 3.0, CNews for NS 2.1, and NewsGrazer 71. 
  16. Help is much appreciated.
