- Hello All,
- Recently, I've been trying to help some folks not on the net with their
- new installation of NS 3.0. One thing they really need this for is to
- transfer (mainly rtf) files to Mac disks. Now this seems to work fine on
- my machine (non-turbo mono station 20/105) but their machines just seem to
- spit the disk back in their face.
- Now, they can and have transferred the files using FloppyWorks, but
- they want to avoid this. I remember someone posting some info on some
- sort of problem with the Mac file system when using FW under 3.0. A
- search of the FAQ and a WAIS archive of the last 10 days of this group
- revealed nothing.
- Can someone remind me what the problem might be and/or tell me how to
- search through any older archives of this group?
-
- Thanks,
-
- Jim
