- Hi,
- I read in the FAQ that I should put 4xwhatever SIMMS in my Turbo Color.
- Ooops.
- The Turbo Color wants 1xwhatever SIMMs.
- I received two 4x32 SIMMs and installed them in the NSTC. Upon booting I entered
- the ROM monitor and typed m to see my memory config.
- It shows two banks filled with 8MB SIMMs (the originals),
- one bank with a 32MB SIMM,
- and one bank empty.
-
- The real config is two banks x 8 + two banks x 4x32Mbit SIMMs.
- The machine works with these SIMMs (so far), but is it ok to do this?
- Will I have problems?
-
- Please - any help is greatly appreciated!!!
