- Thanks for all who replied to my question about a new 17" monitor flickering.
- One common suggestion was to move the monitor away from my MegaPixel mono--I
- tried various positions and orientations and moving it as much as 4 feet from
- the mono monitor, with no effect whatsoever on the flickering.

- However, the flickering has stopped. My only guess is that it may have
- something to do with the electrical service in our building, and that on
- weekends (when the load is lower) this phenomenon does not occur. I'll be able
- to prove or disprove this hypothesis on Monday. I'm hoping it just magically
- fixed itself.
