  15. The system 7.1 Install disk would not boot my Quadra 700 with 20MB RAM &
  16. E-Machines 16" monitor.  Symptoms were a blank dialog box that constantly
  17. rebuilt its border which appeared after the Welcome dialog box had
  18. appeared and then cleared.
  19. I was able to get around this by creating a RAM Disk and copying the 7.1
  20. Disk Tools System to it and setting the RAM Disk as the Startup Disk,
  21. rebooting and running the Installer.
