- The problem is that the Mac is placing a composite sync signal on top of
- the green video, and the monitor is treating this as a part of the video
- data, not as a synchronization signal. This is fairly common with
- VGA-type displays. See if the display has the capability to strip off the
- sync-on-green. (There may be a configuration switch on the rear of the
- display.)
