- one would sometimes wish other companies were so honest
- (if indeed this is all that has changed - something which I can
- neither confirm nor deny)...
- ...furthermore, one should realize that, much more than for other
- "finished" programs, an anti-viral requires a much higher support
- commitment (thus cost) to keep hotshot programmers at the ready for
- the "next incident" !!
-
- "killed by success, maybe?" comes to mind - isn't it nicer to not see
- new viruses causing a monthly update?
-
- besides, you can use the freeware programs - so stop moaning and
- whining already! I for one hate this kind of wasted band-width
- (and I am a rabbid consumer advocate, if you'll ever meet one!),
- but, gee, whereelse but a BBS would such an article come from...
-
- I guess I should build in a filter into my KILL-file for anything
- coming from a site identifying itself as a BBS - it seems most of
- the articles which p*ss me off, lately, come from that corner ...
-
- ( now WHERE is my Monday-morning COFFEE?!?.... ahhhh.... I feel better ;-)
